City of Katy Candidates Forum - Ward A- Special Election

The Katy Area Chamber of Commerce invites the community to attend the City of Katy Ward A- Special Election Candidates Forum, an opportunity for residents and business leaders to hear directly from the candidates seeking to represent Ward A on City Council. The forum will take place on Thursday, January 8, 2026, from 6:30–8:00 PM at Midway BBQ. The event is open to the public and will also be live streamed on the Katy Area Chamber’s Facebook page for those unable to attend in person. The forum will be moderated by the Katy Area Chamber and will follow a structured, timed format to ensure fairness and respect for all candidates and attendees. Each candidate will provide opening remarks, respond to questions, and deliver closing statements. Questions will be developed by the Chamber’s leadership team and media partners and will not be shared in advance. This forum is designed to inform voters, encourage civic engagement, and provide a respectful platform for candidates to share their perspectives on issues impacting the City of Katy.
