Ribbon Cutting are available to members of The Katy Area Chamber of Commerce.

RIBBON CUTTING CEREMONY INFORMATION

As a new business member of the Katy Area Chamber of Commerce our staff and Chamber Ambassadors want to celebrate your membership with the community. We offer ribbon cuttings at 9 AM and 11 AM every Wednesday and Friday. The Katy Area Chamber of Commerce will provide the Giant scissors, ribbon, and custom banner provided by Image360 with your business name. The whole event takes about 30 minutes and includes cutting of the ribbon and mingling with the event attendees. This is your event, so make it as big or as small as you see fit. *****Please submit your request at least two weeks in advance.*****

Chamber Hosted Ribbon Cutting *

The Chamber will add your event to our online event calendar, weekly newsletters, and will send a invite to Chamber Ambassadors. The calendar event and invite will include your company description and logo. The Chamber will take photos for a social media post to follow.

The Chamber will provide the ribbon, ceremonial scissors, and a banner with your name. The Chamber can only guarantee the attendance of one Chamber staff representative.

My Neighborhood News will run a complimentary story about your business including the ribbon cutting. Tiffany Krenek will reach out to you to set up an interview. We will share your ribbon cutting photos directly with My Neighborhood News.
