Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
Warmly greet all guests upon their arrival.
When possible, open the front door for guests entering or leaving the restaurant.
Inspect tables for proper presentation.
When the restaurant is on a wait for tables, record the guest’s information in the NoWait App and provide guest with an estimated wait time.
Notify guest via the No Wait App when their table is ready.
Accommodate special seating requests whenever possible.
Make friendly conversation with guest as you walk them to their table.
Upon seating, offer guests a menu and inform them of server’s name.
Handle food: chips and salsa
Thank guests as they leave and invite them to return.
Attend all scheduled team member meetings

Ability to read and understand simple instructions.
