Tessa at Katy is a brand-new apartment community conveniently located near the intersection of I-10 and Grand Pkwy in Katy, offering luxury apartments and unmatched amenities.

Each brand-new apartment features premium dark-wood plank flooring throughout (with carpet in the bedrooms), as well as large patios (including a limited selection of private yards) or balconies.
