🕕 Time: 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM (IF Conference) 10 p.m.-? (worship-filled activities, cold plunge, sauna) 

🌅 Wrap-Up: Saturday morning sunrise worship and breakfast 

Your ticket includes: 

✨ Admission to the IF Conference (5 PM–10 PM) 

✨ Access to Innovative Wellness’s cold plunge & saunas 

✨ A night filled with prayer circles, fun, and fellowship 

✨ Boxed lunch and light snacks are provided. 

✨ Saturday morning breakfast after sunrise worship 

🧳 What to Bring: 

Pajamas or leisure wear for hanging out and sleeping Blanket and pillow to keep cozy Air mattress if you’re staying overnight Athletic wear or swimsuit for cold plunge and sauna experience 

💡 Additional Notes: Not able to stay the whole night? No problem!
