After 11 years in business, Smartie Pants Academy Center is branching out to open their 2nd location in Katy 5030 Franz Rd Ste 108 Katy, Texas 77493. The new center will bring some much-needed relief for the parents of the Katy area who have children who cannot attend a regular childcare facility due to their disabilities.
