LJA is an employee-owned, full-service, comprehensive multi-disciplinary consulting firm. With offices across the Southeastern US, LJA offers one-source, one-stop reliability for all of our clients, when and where they need us. We are organized around nine comprehensive sectors: Public Infrastructure, Land Development, Transportation, Water Resources, Energy Services, Rail Services, Surveying, Construction Engineering & Inspection, and Environmental & Coastal and can seamlessly build successful project teams with civil, structural, and electrical engineers, plus hydrologists, planners, landscape architects, construction managers, GIS designers, and surveyors. Our resources are leveraged across our company to deliver expertise-driven teams, increase responsiveness to your specific needs, and individualize project solutions. LJA is managed by our Board of Directors and an 11-member Advisory Committee. The Board of Directors James Ross, PE, Jeff Collins, PE, PMP, Alan McKee, PE, and John Shackett has experience managing, directing, and designing some of the most recognizable and prestigious projects throughout Texas and the Southeastern US including master planned communities, infrastructure, regional and area-wide flood control, coastal environments and waterfronts, and major transportation planning and improvement. LJA leadership remains hands-on and is active not only in the operations of our firm, but in setting the example for maintaining project excellence among our staff.
