LDDBlueline was born from the combined forces of Lyman Davidson Dooley, Inc. in Georgia, Blueline Holding Company, LLP in Virginia, and Turner Duran Architects in Texas.

What inspired you to start this business and how has your vision evolved over time?


LDDBlueline was founded with a can-do spirit and a simple purpose: to serve good people doing great things, by creating buildings that change lives.


What sets your business apart from others in your industry?


LDDBlueline brings national experience in education, healthcare, state and municipal facilities, recreational facilities, and churches. Our local team, with deeps roots in the Katy area, has access to more resources to complete projects with the highest quality on time and on budget. The architecture, design, and planning services performed by LDDBlueline are optimized in terms of quality, beauty, functionality, and longevity, delivering the best value for all clients.

In what ways do you engage with the local community?


We were honored to design the current Katy City Hall and many of our local team live in the Katy area.

A total commitment to our client’s success by making sure their facilities help them accomplish their goals.

Through economic ups and downs and covid, our staff has stayed committed to our client’s success.

Having designed the Katy City Hall.

Our expanded staff has more experience providing a broad range of services to a wider range of clients, has the capacity to handle much larger projects in a broader geography, and has access to more resources to complete projects with the highest quality on time and on budget.
