 Role Description

This is a full-time Assistant Manager role based in Katy, TX. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including but not limited to:

• Bake our famous bread, run a slicer, and dress sandwiches

• Run a register

• Maintain the highest level of cleanliness

• Sort and maintain inventory

•Create schedules for store employees.

 Qualifications

• Over the age of 18.

•Must have food handlers permit and food managers certification. 

•Strong leadership and team management skills

•Excellent customer service and communication skills

•Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

•Knowledge of food safety regulations and standards

•Problem-solving and decision-making abilities

•Flexibility in working hours and shifts

•Previous experience in the sandwich or fast-casual dining industry is a plus but not required

•Must be able to perform duties including standing, bending, repetitive twisting at the wrist, walking for the duration of an entire shift, lifting 10 pounds frequently and up to 40 pounds infrequently.

•Must have a reliable mode of transportation.

•Must be able to pass a background check.
