Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate team members during your shift to maintain high productivity and morale.

• Customer Service: Deliver outstanding service, address customer questions or concerns promptly, and ensure every guest leaves happy.

• Operations Management: Oversee daily store activities, including inventory checks, order fulfillment, and keeping the workspace clean and organized.

• Quality Control: Ensure all cookies and products meet Dirty Dough’s standards for taste and presentation.

• Problem Solving: Tackle any issues that arise, from equipment hiccups to customer complaints, with effective solutions.

• Team Collaboration: Foster a positive, collaborative work environment by promoting teamwork and open communication.

Qualifications:

• At least two years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in food service or retail.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Passion for customer service and a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences.

• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $20.00 per hour
